Predictive Battery Control
What did Anson build for battery control?
A Sac State startup-competition concept connecting predicted behavior to physical control.
Predictive Battery Control explored whether a relay could make better decisions by anticipating how a person was likely to use a battery-powered system. The goal was to reduce degradation by adapting control decisions to predicted usage instead of relying only on a fixed schedule.
- Developed as a startup-competition project at Sacramento State.
- Connected human-behavior prediction with battery-relay control and hardware constraints.
- Framed the technical concept as a product value proposition that could be presented and evaluated in a startup setting.
- The public material does not claim a competition placement, measured battery-life improvement, or production deployment.
